My service representative told me she would be taking a lunch and that her other colleagues would be the ones to finish up my scheduled maintenance. I was waiting in the lobby for three hours before I thou lunch and that her other colleagues would be the ones to finish up my scheduled maintenance. I was waiting in the lobby for three hours before I thought I saw my car drive past the windows. I didn’t say anything since I’d already asked if my car was finished once before. I waited another 45 minutes before I got up to ask someone if maybe they were doing the technology recall I’d asked to reschedule. No. My car had been sitting there for at least 45 minutes before I came over and saw it parked. I told them which car was mine. The other service provider almost gave me the wrong keys. All in all I was there for three and a half hours when I was told it would take two and I still have to come back for the recall. I’m giving the experience two stars because they at least washed my car. More
