I had a very specific issue I asked the team to address. An error in the keyless entry that ultimately required a replacement of the door handle and latch. I was then sent a laundry list of additional work that was recommended-totaling about 6000 dollars that I rejected-asking that ONLY the work I asked for when I arrived be done. Importantly, I brought the car to you because of a similar 8000 experience at Hendricks in which they did service I didnt ask for-while neglecting to do the same keyless entry repair. So when I returned to pick up my filthy car-with a nearly new battery that was entirely drained and had to be jumped, I was less than happy. Nearly 2000 dollars to get a simple door handle and latch replaced. And a dead battery and dirty car. Some misc charges for "Magic Touch" and one other not explained or attempted to be explained. I have 6 other vehicles-and this was my second-and last VW purchased new. Shame that the cars are so great and the dealerships so awful. My Mazda dealership is fast, attentive, doesn't push unasked services and charges fair rates, same for Porsche. Be more like them. My Dodge dealership experience is just like this one-and won't be buying from them again either. More
