Dont have great history with them. But have no other options near. They still owe us money for a service contract they couldn’t fulfill so we had to sell the car they couldn’t repair. I called and made a reservation to have the airbag light on my dashboard diagnosed, which was a week out from the call. Upon my arrival, the dealership mentioned they could not performed the diagnostics on on my dashboard diagnosed, which was a week out from the call. Upon my arrival, the dealership mentioned they could not performed the diagnostics on that day and that i would have to leave my car on-site for a week for them to diagnose the issue. This could have easily been communicated when my original appointment was booked and could have saved me a few trips and weeks. Once I was able to restructure my time and drop off my car for a week, Tim did a great job making sure my car was service at the times he originally communicated. More
