During these phone conversations, I got the feeling the person was always in a hurry and did not really want to help me even though I mentioned I had bought several cars from them. Coming in personally was the best, they couldn't do enough for me. You really need to work on phone courtesy to give the customer the same feeling as if they have stepped into your show room. More

Lexus sales and service tops We started looking for a new car in the spring of 2017. Lexus Carlsbad sales person Gary Kiner was most helpful. Then other compelling business took us away for six months. When we returned in October, Gary remembered us and our preferences. He helped us select the car (a 2018 Lexus NX 300) that was just right for us. One problem occured when we got the car home. Although we had been careful about the vehicle measurements fitting in our garage, we forgot about the clearance for the rear door when open. When we opened the rear door it touched the garage door. We called Gary for advice and he offered to come over to the house. He adjusted the opening height of the door, pushed a button which beeped twice and put the new height in the memory and we have not had to worry about it since. That's a testimony not only to Gary but to Lexus for anticipating such a problem. More
