The service department has gone downhill since Covid. Their prices continue to go up and their service level is declining. I have been coming to the service center for 12 years, and have had more problem Their prices continue to go up and their service level is declining. For the second time getting a new set a tires on my current vehicle, I have gone to pick up my vehicle and my tires are filthy with the soap that they use to put the tires on. Not what I would expect for the prices that they charge. Also paid for a four wheel alignment, and my steering wheel is now not centered and I am going to have to take my car back yet again. Again not the level of service I would expect for a luxury manufacture and service department with increasingly higher prices. More
