The service department has gone downhill since Covid. Their prices continue to go up and their service level is declining. I have been coming to the service center for 12 years, and have had more problem Their prices continue to go up and their service level is declining. I have been coming to the service center for 12 years, and have had more problems recently than ever. For the second time getting a new set a tires on my current vehicle, I have gone to pick up my vehicle and my tires are filthy with the soap that they use to put the tires on. Not what I would expect for the prices that they charge. Also paid for a four wheel alignment, and my steering wheel is now not centered and I am going to have to take my car back yet again. Again not the level of service I would expect for a luxury manufacture and service department with increasingly higher prices. More

In general everything went quite well. Waiting time was reasonable and I appreciated the loaner. Service was completed in about 2.5 hrs which is great. Car was cleaned and is driving well.
