Called on a pre-owned vehicle was told that there was a client there looking at it and they would call if they didn't buy. An hour later no call from the sales person Jeff so I called him to check on the client there looking at it and they would call if they didn't buy. An hour later no call from the sales person Jeff so I called him to check on the status. He said those folks didn't buy it but another client was there looking at the same vehicle. He did contact us about a 45 minutes later to say the vehicle was sold. Then he calls us again as they were closing to say those people backed out and we could come by in the morning to purchase. Two hours later he calls yet again to say that the last folks changed their minds and are going to pick up the vehicle in the morning. I thought the days of dealerships treating consumers like garbage was in the past. Lexus of Sarasota proved me wrong. More
