There are many Lexus owners in our community and all we have talked to agree that Lexus service costs have become sufficiently excessive, in some cases unreasonably so, that they are contemplating replacing their Lexus. One neighbor told us that he was informed that his Lexus required $23,00.00 in repairs! My wife was told that her trouble free, moderately driven ES-330 required $8,000.00 of “routine maintenance”. When she investigated the alternative of a newer pre-owned Lexus, the rude attitude of the Pre-owned Manager resulted in our becoming a now one Lexus family. I still love my Lexus, and because I trust Jason Peters absolutely, I plan to keep it unless management policy makes this infeasible. We sincerely hope that the feedback you are currently receiving from Lexus owners will result in management policy modifications that will restore the confidence and pleasure that we have always enjoyed as proud Lexus owners.
