We have purchased 3vehicles from this dealership and have always been pleased. This last time we were not thrilled with the table top extra programs that Lexus wanted us to include. The rear of my car had things at the very bottom of the bumper. I asked for it to be repaired, and they said maybe bring it in next time you need an oil change. Had an appointment to get an extra key fob. Not only did it take over 2 hours, it cost $310 for the fob & $170 to “program” it.
