Great service from our customer care rep Phil. He called our warranty company and an inspector came out and approved our service repair. We were in and out in three days and Phil provided us a loaner which was an SUV which we appreciated the extra as we had just moved to the area from Naples. Thanks Lexus of Sarasota and Phil. Now if you guys can do something about the construction on I75 you will be the greatest!!!!!!.LOL More
