Jason does a great job of being customer driven and communicative. However, it is very sad watching what was once an outstanding dealership spiral into mediocrity under the new ownership. Through the years I have had my Lexus's serviced in multiple Lexus dealers in Florida and North Carolina. None of them were even a close second to Wilde Lexus. That is not true anymore. Greeters lack friendliness and enthusiasm, technicians do an incomplete service even for request items, difficult to get a timely appointment, etc. Everything that used to be great, is now gone. More
Roadside assistance was three hours sending at tow truck and I use a cane with my arm in a sling in hot weather. Very discourteous and endangering this 76 year old lady who was only 25 yards from a very bu and I use a cane with my arm in a sling in hot weather. The tow truck driver jumpstarted the car and the Lexus dealership said they replaced the battery. It did not have s loaner car for me, requiring me to rent a car at my own expense. They kept the cast for three days to replace the battery on a two-year-old car. None of this adds up. More
