So yesterday my husband and I started out on an adventure to find me a Mercedes Benz. We stopped at a few stores but just did not find the one that satisfies my taste. So we decided to try one last dealer wh to find me a Mercedes Benz. We stopped at a few stores but just did not find the one that satisfies my taste. So we decided to try one last dealer which happens to be Lexus of Sarasota. From the moment we spoke to Marshall Jones on the phone we could tell how welcoming and warm he is. On top of that, I was more impress when he actually sent us a video of the vehicle I was interested in and he did not disappoint us when we got there. It is a gem! After meeting him in person we realized that he was being authentic and also very knowledgeable of the the buying process including what we should expect, and he kept us abreast every step of the way as we waited during the transaction process. He was also able to share some background information of the previous owner handlings of the vehicle which actually put our mind even more at ease. I drove off in my new vehicle feeling very satisfied. Marshall you’re a pleasant, patient and accommodating salesman. And I thank you very much for your attentiveness towards our needs. More
