We bought our daughter a Honda Civic at Wilde Honda. The person behind her hit her car. We were told to take the car to your Lexus location. Over three weeks later the car was still not touched! We are being charged $70 a day for storage and $250 administrative fee!! For nothing. We had the car towed to Alex Karras Lincoln and they couldn’t have been nicer. Unlike your employees in the collision dept who told us the car wouldn’t be fixed until January!!! The way they spoke to us was so unprofessional. The insurance adjuster from Allstate also commented to us about your employees in the collision department being so rude. More

We had an emergency-flat, ruined tire. I called the supper number to change the tire. Response was terrific maybe 35 minutes to arrival. Immediately called service for a new tire. My wife and I have purchased six Lexus over the last 20 years. The first 4 we purchased in Tampa where we were living at the time. The dealership in Tampa was excellent. We moved to Sarasota 7 years ago years. The first 4 we purchased in Tampa where we were living at the time. The dealership in Tampa was excellent.
