ALL were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the selection and purchase process. They listened. They explained. They were true to their word. What else could one hope or expect in the purchase of a vehicle?! Delighted with our new (to us) Lexus ES350, all the reasonably expected upgrades and the manner in which they were both communicated and accomplished. Kudos to the entire team at Wilde Lexus. Both were Pre Owned and we are very pleased with the Vehicles, the Dealership and Jim Lally.. It is a very professional operation. We have now owned 8 Lexus Vehicles dating back to 1990 and would not consider changing Brands. One Footnote - Wilde is not the nearest Lexus Dealership to us, but we will continue going to them in the future. More

This time I went to the dealership just to look at the NX model on the recommendation of a friend. Previous SUV's were both from the RX350series, one a hybrid. Much to my surprise this vehicle comes equipped with everything I was looking for, especially the newest safety features. As expected, Jim handled everything from test driving to help with financing smoothly and seamlessly. And he even remembers to send an email on my birthday! More
