He made the negotiation process simple and fair, and had the car ready to go when I arrived this morning to do paperwork. Jim Kmetzsch in Finance was friendly and fast, and had things wrapped up 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Debbie Millis in Service made scheduling the installation of the spoiler I added on a breeze.
