I never felt pressured and he answered all our questions honestly and with a smile. By the time we left with our new car I felt like we have been friends with Daryl for a long time. I was very impressed with the service waiting room and how they all make sure everyone is comfortable as they wait for the completion of their service. I felt like everyone there made a point to smile and greet you as you walked through the halls. The same way, the delivery specialist, David Brawner, explained to us all features of the vehicle in a very professional manner. He also is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Similarly, the man who processed the paperwork, whose name I can't recall, was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Our overall experience was far better than anything else we have experienced so far, especially when compared to our previous experience with German luxury dealerships. We started looking at pre-owned vehicles from various dealerships. We kept going back to Lexus as we like their products. Our first visit we worked with Greg Dowdy who spent considerable time with us even taking us in a golf cart to the back lot to look at a few pre-owned vehicles. On the second visit, again working with Greg there seemed to be nothing on the lot for us but then one was brought out to the lot and the rest is history. We purchased the RX350 and Greg was helpful with all aspects of the sale - even personally checking the tire pressure. We would highly recommend Wilde Lexus of Sarasota and Greg if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. More

We left the dealership with our cell phones paired with the blue tooth, our house address put into the navigation system and our mirrors, seats and steering wheel positions set for each of us. Frank Justin moved us efficiently through the purchasing paperwork. If I ever need another Lexus, I will return to Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. More
