My husband and I were not looking to purchase a car when we stopped at Wilde Lexus. I saw a car on the lot that I thought I would be interested in when I was ready to buy, probably later on in the year and we stopped at Wilde Lexus. Jim Lally came out to talk with us and was very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. He was in no way pushy. He seemed genuinely happy to just talk with us and entertain our interest in the car. We left the dealership after test driving the car and talking with Jim, still not totally sure we wanted to consider the purchase. Obviously, we did buy the car and have been very happy with it. Jim and all of the other people we dealt with in making the purchase were terrific. Friendly, courteous, and professional fairly describes our experience. We have had some service issues with the car and Wilde Lexus has dealt with them immediately without hesitation. I have always dealt with Jason Peters in the service department who is really a gem. Wilde Lexus is just that much better having such a true gentleman on their team to deal with their service customers. I can't say enough good about Wilde Lexus. In the last several years, I have bought 2 cars from Wilde Lexus and have encouraged and assisted my parents to buy another. We are great Lexus fans and have been very impressed by both Lexus and Toyot Wilde Lexus and have encouraged and assisted my parents to buy another. We are great Lexus fans and have been very impressed by both Lexus and Toyota reliability and quality. With one exception, we have always found the Wilde Service Advisors to be helpful, friendly and competent. Our current Service Advisor, Jason Peters is especially outstanding. Despite our very generally very positive with the Wilde Service Advisors, early on in our experience with Wilde, we had some issues with Service Department Management. Since a change in Service Department Management, our experience has been uniformly positive. A service visit to Wilde is a genuinely pleasant experience and the efforts made by Wilde management and staff to make it so are very much appreciated. We plan to continue to do all of our automobile business with Wilde for the foreseeable future. Our only current criticism of Wilde concerns repair prices. Lexus cars are expensive, as is quality service and extras such as loaner cars, etc. So Lexus owners expect and are willing to pay premium prices for service. In some cases however, the price differential between Wilde and other ASE Certified repair shops is extreme. For example, in response to a Wilde online ad, we queried the price for headlight service. The price quote was $154, vs $34 for the same service at Sam's Club. Similarly, brake pads at Wilde cost $500 per axle, several times the price elsewhere. We've had several similar experiences and have reported them on Wilde feedback forms. In summary, if Wilde management could find a way to bring some of these repair costs in line with other providers, Lexus customers would be happy to pay a reasonable premium for the quality service they expect and receive at Wilde and I would have nothing left to criticize! Wilde Lexus has been my automotive choice going on over 4 years now. I recently turned in my GX470 and was not planning on staying with Lexus do to a bad sales experience with an employee (who is no longer t years now. I recently turned in my GX470 and was not planning on staying with Lexus do to a bad sales experience with an employee (who is no longer there) but after 10 minutes with Dee Logan, I was in the hands of a great sales associate and signing the lease to my brand new RX. I appreciated Dee's manner and attitude, which was extremely friendly and helpful. She introduced me to Brad (from California) who was equally as enjoyable to work with. Last but not least, Dean in their finance department made my new purchase easy and understandable. I never have filled this type of form out but was so pleased with my recent experience that I thought others should hear about it. More

I just purchased a LS460 Sport. Although this is my fourth Lexus I was having some trouble with the voice command system on the nav. He is very capable and even advised me about some new Apple products that would work in conjunction with my new vehicle. They have exceeded my exspectation on all counts. Great Job!!!!!!!!! More
In 2003 I purchased my first Lexus and was so happy with it that seven years later parting with it was difficult. Now that I am enjoying my new Lexus ES350 I wonder why I didn't get a new one sooner. Two yaers ago, I stopped by the BMW dealer on the same road and left feeling mistreated and ignored. Wilde Lexus just happened to be on my way home, so I made a second stop just to see what they had to of road and left feeling mistreated and ignored. Wilde Lexus just happened to be on my way home, so I made a second stop just to see what they had to offer. I ended up driving a 2008 Lexus IS250 off the showroom floor! The reason...customer service and willingness to find the right deal. Well, I was back at the dealership today for routine service and took a minute to check out the new models. Once again, I ended up leaving with a new IS250. The reason..customer service and the right deal. Everyone from my sales associate Alex, to the finance associate Frank and the manager Chuck went out of their way to assist (and not pressure) me. And I can't forget Charles, my service associate, who makes bringing my car for in for service as simple as can be. I can't say enough about this dealership! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed and the entire team works with you to make sure your needs are met in a courteous and productive manner. This is the second vehicle we have purchased in the last 6 weeks from Wilde. We did not need new cars - it was more of a desire. And they were able ro satisfy our requirements. Todd Brown is a great salesman - straight forward and honest. He is also a nice guy. We spoke to him - there was no nonsense, no let me see, no game playing. We were given fair trade values, great prices, and wonderful vehicles. Financing was a pleasure due to Rafael Torres. If you want to meet someone who is respectful of your needs, and does not try to kill you with aftersale, then go straight to his office. Also, a nice guy. I'm not sure how Wilde does it, but they have superior people working for them. They have a classy showoom, and evryone we have met has been nothing but friendly (and they weren't getting the sale). Overall, a very impressive dealership. We won't need another vehicle for a while, but they will be servicing the beautiful Lexus we purchased - a Certified vehicle that is worth the price alone. If you are thinking of a car, check their inventory, and go on down. You won't be sorry. More
I have owned quite a few new cars over the years so have dealt with many service reps but with Dee I have the best. I first met Dee when I went into the dealership after I had an accident. I wanted to rent a car while mine was being worked on. She kindly informed me that they did not have rentals and she could have stopped at that but she had me sit down and she called my insurance and fought her way through several insurance people and finally got to the person that would give her a claim number so I could get a rental. She then called for a rental and had it delivered to the dealer. I had to do nothing but drive off. That is above and beyond service. Lexus is a fine auto but people like Dee only add to the pleasure of dealing with Wilde. Going in for service is like talking to a family member. More
