I did a demo drive of the 2017 Lexus RX 350 F Sport I had picked out and was very pleased with the ride, performance, many standard safety features, the beautiful red interior. Matt was personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. At no time during the process was there any pressure. The sale was very relaxed and friendly. He worked hard to achieve a deal that I was happy with. Jim, Finance Dept, was also very knowledgeable, professional and fast.
