With all of the patience required, he systematically explained each of the features so that his explanation built into a story that confirmed we had chosen THE EXACT car for my wife! You have to love the confidence that emanates from his delivery! Still, we had to pay, and paying for the car meant having to consider additional features and services that would enhance our decisions. If there is anyone better than Frank Justin, I just will not believe it.
