"L" Certified I shopped online for the exact model and options in the color I wanted. I was lucky enough that I found it at WILDE Lexus of Sarasota. Now mind you I I shopped online for the exact model and options in the color I wanted. I was lucky enough that I found it at WILDE Lexus of Sarasota. Now mind you I live in Fort Lauderdale a 3-4 hour drive away. Steve the internet salesperson handled my sale in all of about 6 emails and we were done. I believe I got a great deal and drove to WILDE Lexus to get my car. EVERYTHING was as promised and ready to go. Thanks Steve for your professionalism. More

Incorrect and Inaccurate Information Given-Very Disappointed I am serving in the Army in the Republic of Korea and had my wife execute a power of attorney to purchase a Lexus SUV. We spoke with Steve and her mo I am serving in the Army in the Republic of Korea and had my wife execute a power of attorney to purchase a Lexus SUV. We spoke with Steve and her mother dropped her off at the dealership, which was 65 miles away. Steve did, indeed, help my wife procure a vehicle but provided inaccurate information regarding the credit application; the credit application needed to be in both of our names. At first, it was only in my wife's. After speaking with him from Korea several times, he told me they would repudiate the sale and to return the car. After several calls to the dealership and being denied speaking with the General manager, I finally spoke with another manager was told that this was not the proper procedure and that Steve would be spoken with and given guidance on these situations. I had to make over 20 calls to get an answer regarding what was going on and why the loan was not appearing in both of our names. I would not recommend this dealership or Steve to another potential customer. If you do deal with him, please ensure you get all material facts before purchasing and you are not stranded at the dealership with no other means of returning home. I will be writing Toyota board of directors regarding this to find out why several pieces of critical information were misstated and incorrect and why Steven Heiniger, an employee of long standing, would give such gross misstatements and attempt to repudiate a sale which would only serve to harm our credit. Patrick and Steve listen and responded quickly. After finding the car we ask for they move quickly and we were in and out with everything done in Just 2 hours.
