My husband and I both are very, very happy with our experience at Wilde; right from our initial phone call. We spoke with Chez. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and we coul experience at Wilde; right from our initial phone call. We spoke with Chez. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and we could hear the excitement in his voice as he was describing the vehicle to us. So much so that we felt compelled to come and see it even though the interior was not our first choice of color. Upon meeting Chez he had the same personality that we had heard on the phone. His manner was very professional,not pushy like some salesmen. We purchased the vehicle as he was correct in his description. We love it. We phoned Chez to tell him we needed a new cabin filter and the headphones and remote that go with the rear DVD system. Chez made an appointment for us to return to the dealership today. He promised to do his best to locate the headphones and remote. We were met curbside at service department upon arrival and escorted into the waiting room. My husband met with Chez and sure enough he had located the items in question. We were very pleased and happy with his service. He is definitely an asset to your business. John, the service tech showed us the dirty filter as my husband had requested. He was also very personable. Our overall experience comes up no less than excellent. My wife & I were going to purchase one of three cars, Infiniti, BMW or Lexus (we traded in a Mercedes). Mr. Walsh was quick, pleasant and efficient in taking care of our tire problems. We needed help right away and had a very bad experience in the past with another emergency service. This is the third Lexus that my husband and I have purchased from Wilde. We have never had a problem with Lexus reliability, which is more than I can say about the other luxury cars we have owned. Tom McComber was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out what had been changed in the last three years (we traded in a 2007 model). In addition, the customer relationship was not over when we drove out of the parking lot. We received follow up phone calls, emails and training. While we attended a dealership sponsored class on the use of the navigation system, we also received a complimentary car wash. The following week David Trimble came out to our house and spent an hour coaching us on the navigation system and taught us how to use the new features. This is a top notch dealership that offers excellent service. Every employee is friendly and helpful. If you bring your car in for service, you have the choice of borrowing another Lexus, or waiting at the dealership. If you choose to stay at the dealership, Wilde has provided comfortable lounges with TV and refreshments as well as computers with internet access. Did I mention that my husband really likes the complimentary car washes? More

Outstanding guest/customer service and technical expertise with Dee. On two recent service request(8/6 & 8/20) Dee negotiated major replacement parts (not covered under warranty) for two vehicles, a expertise with Dee. On two recent service request(8/6 & 8/20) Dee negotiated major replacement parts (not covered under warranty) for two vehicles, at no charge, I was only reponsible for labor and installation cost and the repairs and replacement work was like new. Jack is a pleasure to deal with. Wilde Lexus and Lexus overall has the best service bar none of any other car manufacturer/dealer I have evr seen. I have owned BMWs, Mercedes, Audi, Acura etc. and nothing overall has the best service bar none of any other car manufacturer/dealer I have evr seen. I have owned BMWs, Mercedes, Audi, Acura etc. and nothing comes close to Lexus as a brand and its stellar customer service.
