He spend as much time with us as we needed to test drive the vehicle and look and available inventory. At no time did we feel "pressured" during our sales experience. We closed the deal with a full explination of the bottom line cost....without the usual drama of having an owner or sales manager visit us to add pressure on our deliberations. We test drove different models and fell in love the LS460. He discussed with us our needs and budget and recommended that if we like driving nice new cars that we should consider leasing. After explaining to us the price and terms of the lease we felt it was right for us and could not be happier with both Jim and the car.
