Britney was great. The finance person seemed rushed. My usb was blank and I didn't get my contract. It seemed wrong to me so I requested a copy of it. I declined any extra warranty's but there we're still added. I signed for 4.99 finance and paper reflected 6.99. Made a second trip back to the dealer and a gentleman by the name of Chuck corrected it. More

Michael was amazing. He was very friendly and personable. I really dislike the process of buying a car because I always feel pressured and sometimes taken advantage of be He was very friendly and personable. I really dislike the process of buying a car because I always feel pressured and sometimes taken advantage of because I am a woman, but I felt very comfortable during this entire experience. Michael explained things well to me. He worked hard to make a sale that both of us would be comfortable with, providing great communication throughout the process. Jenny was also very friendly and easy to talk to. She seems to be very well educated about the Lexus brand of vehicles, and answered all my questions throughly. She helped me set up some items, and gave me her contact information for any other questions that may come up. Chuck made the document signing pleasant and easy. Overall great customer service from Michael, Chuck and Jenny. The dealership is clean, had nice sitting areas, and everyone appeared very friendly. They also had a nice refreshment area. The overall experience went really well. More
