The day after our arrival, one call to Wilde Lexus and 20 minutes later came Keith Walsh to our home, checked the battery and pronounced it dead. He had a new one in the truck he could replace it with, and, while expecting a juicy bill we were told it cost nothing due to the warranty! Quick, effective and friendly service like this wins a great reputation and heartfelt appreciation. Great Roadside Service Could not start my car after food shopping at Publix. Since I was only 1 mile from the Lexus Dealership, I called the service number and explained th Could not start my car after food shopping at Publix. Since I was only 1 mile from the Lexus Dealership, I called the service number and explained the situation. They immediately called the Roadside Technician, Keith Walsh, who just finished a job and estimated he would arrive in 15-20 minutes. And he did and checked the battery and it was dead. Replaced a new one since it is under warranty and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Keith was excellent and very professional, and I was very pleased. More

Now our 16 year old daughter just got her first Lexus from WILDE, and she goes to Debbie for service as Debbie has known our daughter since she was a baby. Debbie is more than an advisor, she’s become our family friend over the years. Debbie has come in at 7am, before operating hours, to check me in and get me out in a loner vehicle, to accommodate my schedule.
