After my 1st service I had 2 issues due to the technician not returning my car settings back to where I had them. They turned off my windshield wipers off and it began to rain on my way home which resulted i not returning my car settings back to where I had them. They turned off my windshield wipers off and it began to rain on my way home which resulted in returning back to the dealership. They rotated my tires and I assumed they checked the air pressure. Two are at 35 and two are at 37. Shouldn’t they all be the same? Very disappointed. More
The dealership is very different now that it has been purchased. Many long term employees have been fired. Jadon is a fabulous person he is very knowledgeable kind cares about his clients. The service center installed a ZLZ package in one day. Very fast and a great job. Furthermore, I noticed that the headlight washer cover was missing after I left dealership.
