I like the dealership on Kearny Villa because they have enough help take care of me immediately. They’re usually very polite and I’ve had the same dealer service managers since I owned my car, Andy and Bre enough help take care of me immediately. Service advisor Michael Cain was excellent - he listened, and understood a complex situation, and communicated it well to the mechanics based on how well the car came out of it. The rest of the experience, primarily dropping the car off, was so-so. Had to wait awhile to make a left turn into the facility because an employee blocked the entrance with someone’s car - he left the car there and the owner took 3 full minutes to get to it and move it. Traffic backed up behind me. Three cars wanting to turn right into the facility had now piled up, and turned in front of me to create a line that did not allow me to make my turn yet, They looked like your employees! But had Penske tags on their shirts, not Lexus, and one guy said he did not work for you. Waited more than 2 weeks for appointment. Service was not completed until the next day. Dropped off at 8:30, not ready until 3:30 the next day. More
