Im still wondering why during the pandemic when everyones money is low that Lexus cant come up with an alternative to me spending thousands on my car. Ive now spent in excess of $5k on my 05 ES330 with 189,0 money is low that Lexus cant come up with an alternative to me spending thousands on my car. Ive now spent in excess of $5k on my 05 ES330 with 189,000 miles. That $5k could have bought or went towards a different vehicle rather than continue spending on a car that i cant sell for as much as ive spent. I do adore my vehicle very much which is why it pains me to remain loyal to the company that doesnt seem interested in retaining me as a customer. I do appreciate Andy Amenta and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. They also put me in a loaner vehicle for the duration of my repairs. Those guys get a 5 star rating from me. Lexus as a whole however infuriates me. The exceptional service and communication i get from Andy should be indicative of the dealerships attitude. If the other Lexus dealerships werent as far away as they are i would have gone elsewhere. Thank you More
