The San Diego Lexus team was on their game during my first visit to their facility. I was promptly and courteously greeted when I arrived, and Krystina quickly had me back on my way while they took my v first visit to their facility. I was promptly and courteously greeted when I arrived, and Krystina quickly had me back on my way while they took my vehicle for the 100,000 maintenance. While waiting for the team to complete the oil change, Krystina notified me that the tech found my water pump was leaking. She submitted the warranty claim, and promptly notified me they would need the car overnight to complete the repair in the morning. She set me up with a loaner, and early the next morning she notified me the repairs was complete. Kenny the tech stayed late to complete the repair because he didn’t want to pass a half-finished job to somebody else. I can’t say enough good things about Krystina, Kenny, and the rest of the team. Everybody treated me like an important, valued client - even though it was my first visit. I’ll definitely be going back. More
