She helped me with everything much more than I expected, and was so kind and understanding and answered all my questions. I didn’t understand a lot of the things on this new car, because my car, that I have had for 25 years, didn’t have all the new gadgets and on it. She pointed out a lot and gave me suggestions, and made it a more personal experience. The Finance Manager, Ramiz Kaamil, was also very kind and answered all my questions and I still am calling and asking him questions. A couple of the tech guys also helped me with programming things.
