The only negative part of the purchase process was during our time with the finance manager. He was very pushy, trying to sell us extra services that we did not need. I know this is standard for old school dealerships and we didn't take it personally, but it was still a bad experience. On a more positive note, when it came to going over the actual numbers/contract the finance manager was very professional and detail oriented and he explained everything very clearly to make sure there are no surprises. I didn’t understand a lot of the things on this new car, because my car, that I have had for 25 years, didn’t have all the new gadgets and on it. She pointed out a lot and gave me suggestions, and made it a more personal experience. The Finance Manager, Ramiz Kaamil, was also very kind and answered all my questions and I still am calling and asking him questions. A couple of the tech guys also helped me with programming things.
