Very pleased with dealership and salesperson. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated more like friends than customers. After a couple of months (due to an upcoming surgery), and numerous conversations with Tracy McCaffrey telling her what we were looking for in a vehicle, she recommended the Lexus GS 350.. She located one, we looked at it, test drove it, and bought it. We cannot say enough about the personnel, from our sales person to the sales manager at the dealership. There was never any pressure to buy a car. All of our questions about the vehicle were answered and we could not be happier with our purchase.
