She was prompt in presenting me with a car with what I was looking for and it was obvious she knows your Lexus product lines. I then looked at your inventory online and then spoke with Ruth. Unfortunately all the vehicles were owned by Metro. Ruth was very professional in putting me in contact with Metro (even at the risk of losing a sale). From the day I contacted her expressing interest in the Subaru Forester that I purchased to the day of (and even days afterward), she was extremely attentive and quick to respond. The customer service that I experienced was partially what led me to make the 3.5 hour drive rather than to buy a vehicle closer to me. Other dealerships that I contacted were not so responsive or helpful. Likewise, it was a really good deal on a quality car! I didn't need a brand new car or anything fancy, and that's not what I was looking for, but that's what I ended up with for much less! Despite that it is a used, 8-year-old vehicle, it was clearly very well cared for, and by taking a look at all its sweet features and condition, you might think it was new! All-in-all, I got a great car for a great price, without the headache you expect when buying a car. More
