I live 45 miles from the dealer but that will not be a problem as they will pick up my car for service and leave me a loaner. More

I didn’t make the car demo easy as my choosiness required Tracy to survey the lot 2X to find the vehicle that met my wants; never impatient or short. Expert competencies when it comes to demonstrating and explaining all features of the vehicle. A first for me; and I didn’t have to ask. Regarding the follow-ups and preparations to deliver the car Tracy and the entire team were very accommodating to my schedule coming in and out of town and preparing the sale and delivery of the car. At delivery unfortunately the paint protection options were not complete but again very easy as the valet came to my office in Youngstown, left me with a courtesy vehicle and returned with the car fully finished. I like this offer from the brand. I brought the car back on my own as I was in the area because my phone pairing was giving me problems. Brandon, helped reset the system and explain to me again how the features work and to bring it back if I had any questions. Incidentally, Tracy made this same offer to call anytime as did Tim during the delivery session. I really like the Lexus brand and the energy of the Lexus of Akron team. Dan Smith, the Finance Manager, patiently walked us through various vehicle protection programs, warranty options and financing packages and simplified the seemingly endless paperwork involved with the actual closing.
