Ok so how good can an oil change be ? Well , in my case , the Uber driver that was sent to get me got lost and canceled my ride back to the dealer. I have no car …. it’s closing time …. my service guy calls and said he didn’t know my uber was canceled . He jumped into my car (at closing time) hauled xxx to my house and picked me up and turned the lights on at the office and I paid my bill and took my car home . I would say THATS above and beyond . Thank goodness I don’t drive a CHEVROLET!!!!! Love my LEXUS . More
The most important thing to me is the attitude of the staff, which is very good.
