Mel , provided excellent customer service. When my vehicle was completed he, noticed that my tires were missing the tire stem caps. He ran back to the Service department and when he came back When my vehicle was completed he, noticed that my tires were missing the tire stem caps. Branden Johnson was the rep that got my car fixed for me. He is very professional and accommodating I had to leave my car overnight because I showed up late in the day. He arranged for me to get a ride h He is very professional and accommodating I had to leave my car overnight because I showed up late in the day. He arranged for me to get a ride home and back the next day. I don’t live close to the dealership. I had to come to New Mexico from Michigan for a family member emergency. I don’t have any friends other than an 85 year old neighbor. Branden is patient and explains things well. He helped me another time when I showed up and he had my car checked out. They had to replace the battery. I waited there for service. The car was fixed with a few hours. More
