I brought in my 2011 Lexus ES350 that I had purchased recently through an excellent salesman Erik Lasansee to have the brakes looked at. The brake pads needed to be replaced. Laurie Martinez, certified service advisor, was helping me check my car out when suddenly my car had trouble starting. She immediately returned it to the service shop and my battery tested bad. Then she got the battery replaced right away. Laurie then spoke to the service director Kevin Saiz about my car being recently purchased there and they worked to help me with the costs. I am very grateful and thankful to them. Both Laurie and Kevin were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I will continue to recommend Lexus of Albuquerque as an auto dealer and their service department. More
