I was there for a routine service on my Lexus NX250. My husband and I had talked about purchasing a hybrid. I spoke with Sonia Torcioni, who sold me my first Lexus and we looked at a 2026 NX350h and I really liked it. Sonia is not a pushy salesperson but very friendly and very knowledgeable. I knew that, if I ever got an another Lexus, I would ask for Sonia again. She took her time with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. All of the staff there was very friendly and very professional. I will recommend Lexus of Albuquerque to anyone looking for a new or used car. I absolutely love my new car! More

Fast, easy scheduling. The waiting area is clean, with nice seating options for guests. The service team is on point, with friendly, personable service every time I visit. Quick turn around time on scheduled service, with a minimal additional wait when at risk issues were found- namely brakes and fluids that pose safety risks. I didn’t mind waiting at the dealership, for the above mentioned reasons, but it’s nice having the option to use the complimentary ride share if needed. Overall, I am very happy with the level of customer service and quality of maintenance on my Lexus. More
