1. I purposely requested a loaner because the job on my car was going to take longer than one day. I had to wait over one hour after the lady on the phone had told me I had a loaner car would be available car was going to take longer than one day. I have been in management my whole career and she would’ve been fired for her behavior. 3. Daniel was nowhere to be found to go over with me. The things that were repaired on my car not good service! 4. The cashier told me when she checked me out “oh your car’s out there” pointing at the parking lot, that was it. I had to go look for it! 5. My radiator was repaired and they did not bother to clean the old corrosion off. My husband had to do it when I got home. Let’s just say, I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service that you gave me. More
