It would be nice if they would leave all my settings the way they were when I left it. I’m not very good at technology and it takes me forever to put it back together. They only wash the outside and they do not dry. they seem to think you have better car wash cards, but I guess not. Otherwise Daniel is the best. Daniel was working overtime today. Several issues were very frustrating. No knowledge of my Loaner car request when I arrived to drop off car. I see my request for loaner on my itemized receipt. They said I had called an out of state center but I dialed the number for this dealership as shown on its website. Then my rep, Jaime Barraza, said he was unaware of my appointment and he was not working on the day of my scheduled service. He later said he saw the schedule service on his calendar. Then I couldn’t reach him during the day to find out status of my car. I received text of immediate service required that I was unaware of, needing a service at 120k. I was there for a 130k service. I expect the rep/technicians to tell me what service is needed at each interval trusting their expertise. I consistently and diligently use the dealership for all my maintenance service and am very disappointed that the item needed at 120k was missed, with car already at 130k. My rep was not in the shop the day of my service so others had to help and it took a long time to pick up my car after Jaime told me by phone that it was ready. Not true. Then when I was leaving, I noticed the windshield wipers were not retracting as they should. I sent a photo to my rep and I’m still waiting for a response. Wipers still not fully retracting, stuck in a higher position when I didn’t get any service on the wipers! :( This was a very unsatisfactory visit. Jaime B is not as responsive as he should be. More
