Above and Beyond! I want to give a HUGE Shout Out to Lexus of Albuquerque! They went Above and Beyond this last weekend when they accommodated us for a special photo sh I want to give a HUGE Shout Out to Lexus of Albuquerque! They went Above and Beyond this last weekend when they accommodated us for a special photo shoot for our team! They cleared out the entire show room and strategically parked 5 white Lexuses for our R+F team picture. It was truly an act of a 5 Star Dealership! If this wasn't over the top enough, Kassandra Muldez joined us for our evening festivities and helped arrange our cars on site at the party. Purchased Without Seeing Car I knew what I was looking and found a very slightly used model (4,000 miles) at Lexus of Albuquerque. I emailed about it and Kassandra responded promply and continued to answer questions I has as well as work with me since I live out of town. I put a small payment down to hold the car until I could pick it up. When I went to get it, Kassandra had all the paperwork ready, the car was in exceptional shape and am extremely happy with the car, Kassandra and the follow-up she has given me since bringing the car hope. I live in Durango, CO and was able to handle all business via phone and text with my Lexus then being delivered to my door. The best dealership in New Mexico Having leased 6 vehicles from this dealership in the past caused us to do back for a different experience. We are retired, fixed income and had determ Having leased 6 vehicles from this dealership in the past caused us to do back for a different experience. We are retired, fixed income and had determined we would purchase our (probably) our final vehicle. Our requirements were fairly simple, affordable, low mileage, comparable to past vehicles. We quickly knew we could not afford another Lexus (even older, used one) so Kassandra worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for us. It is a Toyota, one step down from the Lexus we are accustomed to, one year newer than our current model year, has all the accessories we value most. Our other problem was we had declared bankruptcy about 3 years ago. Even though we had not included our vehicle in our bankruptcy we knew it would be an issue to reestablish our credit relationship. Kassandra worked with the finance director to find a credit institution willing to work with us. Granted it is not the prevailing interest rate for other well qualified borrowers, but they were willing to trust us on the strength of the dealerships past experience with us and we got our :new" vehicle. Due to Kassandra's hard work and commitment to retain a long standing dealer's relationship with seniors loyal to buying from trusted company we were able to get what we wanted, but more importantly what we needed. The integrity of Kassandra and Lexus of Albuquerque remains outstanding in a business not known for integrity. Thanks Kassandra and Lexus of Albuquerque!! More
