He was so pleasant and had such a nice demeanor, Not the "dreaded used car salesman" we had feared. We talked about the benefits of buying "pre-owned" and he explained the difference between that and Lexus Certified pre-owned. I drove a beautiful red, 2014, and loved it immediately. I thought I should be obligated to shop a little more, but after visiting with Tom, ended up purchasing the first and only car I drove that day.
