I found a very lightly used and well optioned 2017 Audi Q7 online at the dealership and flew in from accross the country to complete the sale. I wanted to check out the car in person rather than buy the car sight unseen. From the point of first contact Wright Zimmerly was extremely professional, a great communicator, and delivered a great customer service experience. On top of being really good at his job, Wright is a really nice guy as well. When I arrived in Albuquerque, the dealership even arranged for me to be picked up at the airport. Upon arrival, I never felt rushed or pressured to complete the sale. The entire experience was 5 stars! Wright was very professional with a personal touch. We even spent some time talking about and sharing pictures of our families. The car turned out to be even better than expected, and the dealership had changed the oil and detailed the car on the morning of my arrival. Wright spent close to 3 hours looking over the car with me, test driving it, and figuring out all of of the technology on the vehicle. The dealership had sent me the paperwork in advance, and Zach Russell in the finance department had already found us a very good interest rate, so when I arrived all I needed to do was give a thumbs up on the vehicle. I ended up buying the car, and Wright even gave me a reccomendation for some great Mexican food on the way out of town. We are thrilled with the car, and dealing with Wright Zimmerly and Lexus of Albuquerque has been a great experience all the way! More

Not only were they helpful, attentive, and provided all information I asked for, but Wright was a no-pressure salesman and made me comfortable with the car buying process. He was more than happy to go on a test drive with me, look at all the parts, and just talk about what I am looking for in a vehicle. He did not put pressure on me to stay and buy the car that day - instead, he encouraged taking time to think about the purchase and for him to look into what they could do. I was able to make an informed decision without feeling any sales pressure. In addition, he was kind, friendly, and a great guy.
