No one makes me feel more valued as a customer! The exceptional remodel recently done at Lexus of Albuquerque made a breathtaking state-of-the-art dealership. From the drop-off area, to the maintenance and even the waiting area, everything seems futuristic. There was only one disappointing aspect of the remodel I would like to add. Lexus shortchanged Robert because they took away his office. Before the remodel Robert had an office where we could discuss any and all concerns in a quiet, private and timely manner. The new layout that Lexus provided for their service consultants is similar to what you would experience for cashiers in a cheap all-you-can-eat buffet line. In my opinion, it is not the excellence I have become so accustomed to when I visit Lexus of Albuquerque. But, with that aside, Robert did everything he could to make sure that I had a personalized experience. Robert Estrada is the reason I can feel confident on the road of life! More
