Very disappointed in the experience and quality of parts I received. I was quoted a top brand of tire and received a different model less superior. I had to keep reaching out about my vehicle status. The time they gave me to pick up vehicle was incorrect they didn't have it ready or washed as if they didn't expect me at the time they said it would be ready. When I was going to leave the service man quickly said my hub caps got broken, all 4 and I could come back in 2 days to replace them. Just overall really disappointed I didn't expect to have to return my vehicle a second time to get what I was promised initially. More

Want to say good things, as everyone I dealt with is very good, and did all they could to help. Unfortunately there was some sort of issue/disconnect in getting the right part and getting started. Just got our car back from a five hour wait for an oil change and come to find the dealership did something wrong to my car. The dealership forgot to put the oil stick back where you check the oil and oil change and come to find the dealership did something wrong to my car. The dealership forgot to put the oil stick back where you check the oil and oil went all over my car engine and blow and all over my driveway. To make matters worse the dealership had very little remorse for doing so and not helping out and getting a loaner car. My wife had to miss work, just losing money also to add our driveway now filled with oil which we will be billing the dealership to clean awful experience, would never recommend this place’s service department.
