I was driving a new LC500 back from Texas to California (couldn’t find what I was looking for there) and breaking in the engine and wanted to change the oil at about 700 miles. I was nervous about the new car and Matthew, my service advisor, let me go back and look at the underside when it was up in the air. That helped me with my concerns. He was very understanding.
