My service advisor Jaime Borunda has been absolutely fantastic. Good communication, kept me informed, and has been a pleasure to work with. However, on 2 occasions now the service techs have done a poor fantastic. Good communication, kept me informed, and has been a pleasure to work with. However, on 2 occasions now the service techs have done a poor job. Misdiagnosed a cabin temperature issue (quoted me $4600 to fix), I had the issue corrected for $350 by a local certified Toyota mechanic. Second, sold me 2 1/2 year old tires. Tires didn't last 12k miles. However, Jaime did the work to get the tires warranties and replaced at no cost. I also had some very expensive suspension work done that I am now questioning.. More
