Excellent for Pete and service department. Less than satisfied with this aspect of my experience. Finally, the dealership gentleman who gave me a quote for the price he would pay for my car seriously low-balled me and ultimately insulted my intelligence and feelings by doing so; clearly, as Lexus’ agent, he expected me to “give” him my car. Again, not all impressed. Chuck was a good salesman and most helpful, but no sale after quote for my car was given. More

I have not had any negative experiences with Lexus of Albuquerque. I’ve had my Lexus for about two months and have put enough miles on it already that I have been in twice to the service department. Service agent initially mentioned that they would have a part within a few months. I called back after 4 months and a different service advisor said that the part (trim) was not necessary to remediate the i part within a few months. I called back after 4 months and a different service advisor said that the part (trim) was not necessary to remediate the issue; rather they changed the clips holding the trim. The previous service advisor never contacted me about this change. I had to wait and reach out myself to find out that there was a different method to resolve the issue. Incredibly disappointed in Lexus of ABQ servicing. More
