I’m giving a four star rating strictly based on the service technician. Matt was very sweet and helpful. I’m super disappointed with the actual mechanics who worked on my vehicle. They did a great job but part of the reason I made such an early appointment was so I could get my car back early. Instead, I received a review of the issue and what needed to be fixed by 8:20 am, and after having reached out to my service representative at 1:00 pm, was told the mechanics had been working on other vehicles and hadn’t fixed mine yet. I was one of the first to have dropped my car off and it wasn’t ready until nearly 3:00pm. This happens every time I take my car for service at Lexus of Albuquerque. It’s very frustrating. Makes me feel like other customers are more important than I am. More
