Loaner was expected when the appointment was mad, but none available at check in. Waited for 2 hours. Then I was told car was entering the car wash and would be ready in about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, I asked where my car was and was told it was just coming out of the wash. Another 10 minutes and finally on my way. The instrument panel message "maintenance required" was never cleared. Had to look it up in google to clear it. A bird pooped on my windshield yesterday and most was removed in the car wash but was clearly still there. Nobody noticed it when it was presented to me at finish. Probably will not be using this dealership for my two lexus vehicles in the future. More

I scheduled a 1:00 appointment for 6 month service. No oil change was required so basic check of systems and tire rotation. My service rep was upfront with me letting me know that all the service techs went to lunch at the same time so no one was available to work on my car for quite sometime. This was upsetting.
