Came here after being unhappy with another dealerships (kia) service. Lexus of ABQ is great! Such a friendly, informed staff and who went out of their way to understand what I needed and the type of exper (kia) service. Lexus of ABQ is great! Jaime did a great job setting expectations on what was needed on my car and checking in while I was in the waiting room of the status of my car. Very decently priced as well and staff seemed very happy working here. Overall, I had a great experience taking my Kia here. Even though they aren’t a Kia specificdealership, I hope to come here for any future services needed on my car when possible. More

I always feel like it’s a surprise when I show up. They never really know why I’m there. I don’t have the same advisor from time to time and it just feels like the average experience. I have a much better experience with my Ford truck than I do with Lexus and Lexus is supposed to be a luxury experience but it is what it is. I still believe Lexus is a quality product. More

I always bring my 2015 CT200h here for maintenance. My service advisor never tries to oversell me on things my car does not need. Everyone I interact with here, regardless of their role at the dealership is very nice and enjoys where they are and what they are doing. The waiting area is open and bright and clean. The coffee machine is pretty fancy pants, but very easy to use. There is another drink machine that makes fizzy and flavored drinks that are not coffee. I have not tried it. There are also a variety of snacks. I typically wait for my car to be serviced, however, a loaner is usually made available to me if I need it. 10/10 recommend. I take very good care of my vehicle. Jaime and the crew are vital to that task. More
