Service center had my car for 4 days to diagnose problem. Called 4 times on the 4th day and left messages. No call until the 5th day. Only replaced the battery. After paying, they couldn’t find my key. Took Called 4 times on the 4th day and left messages. No call until the 5th day. Only replaced the battery. After paying, they couldn’t find my key. Displeased with recent service appointment. Oil change was scheduled, but not performed given mileage of 5k. At no time was I ever notified that this was not going to be performed. I was not to Oil change was scheduled, but not performed given mileage of 5k. At no time was I ever notified that this was not going to be performed. I was not told that this was not typical until pick up later that day. Additionally I was told the car would be hand washed prior to pickup, this did not happen either. I have since reached out to the service department with my concerns, as per owner manual oil changes should be performed every 5k miles if regular use of dirt roads, which is our situation. I have yet to hear back from anyone at the dealership. Yesterdays appointment with anticipation of needing to schedule an additional appointment was a waste of my time. More
