They’ve done it again! LEXUS of ARLINGTON is always there for you. Bought my new RX350 before retiring & relocating to Hilton Head SC. THE BEST LEXUS GM - MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ -shipped my RX350 so it was there waiting for me- who does that? LEXUS of ARLINGTON’s MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ & his 5 STAR STAFF! Been in SC for 4 months & during my first routine maintenance service at my new dealership, there was an issue - something involving the mileage records. Who stepped in to resolve the issue that no one else could- LEXUS of ARLINGTON’s world class Service Department! Service manager TOM PRONDZINSKI!! So that means they knew all about the transmission, both sold it to me anyway. I ask for a loner. Alex completely ignore me. It was obvious. They were looking for a million excuses to do me wrong. When a vehicle is in a shop, that's sauce man. The Hispanic guy never bother calling me not even once I had to constantly call the shop. I see nothing but red flags. If you buy a car in there, and things go wrong. Most likely is a good chance they are. gonna look for a million excuses, not to man up and do the right thing. Don't be surprised if they turn that back on you. More
