Rob was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would come back to Rob for my vehicle.services. Unlike my previous service experience at the same dealership, one of the service managers was rude and unprofessional. I was on time for my vehicle service appointment. I waited for 15 minutes and asked him about my appointment. That service manager told me that “ I WILL GET TO YOU WHEN I GET TO YOU” then walked away. I understood he was probably busy, but I had an appointment. I wonder if this is the way to treat his customers. No explanations, no apologies whatsoever from that service manager. I was very disappointed in that service manager who took my appointment. Because of the incident, I will always REFUSE having my vehicle services from his team. More

Best Service Department! Tom Prondzinski in the Service Department is the best. Always greets me by name and has a loaner ready to go if I need service.
