From my initial inquiry about a car I spotted on the internet (Isabela was the sales consultant), to a more in-depth conversation with the sales manager, Jim Cooper, I was treated with respect and an eagerness to please. At the end of the day I got the exact car I was looking for, at a great price (without haggling) and higher end of expectations on my trade in. I will go out of my way to go back to Lexus of Arlington for my next car. More
