Decided to visit the showroom to possibly consider what vehicle to lease next. I decided I wanted a different, less sporty model. Kevin Bell was gracious enough to drive me over from the service center to the showroom and show me exactly what was available. His warm and friendly personality inspired me to consider a new ES 350. Kevin patiently reviewed various purchase/lease plans with me and did his very best to accommodate the price I was willing and able to spend. I was 100% satifisfied with the process and must admit that Kevin's enthusiam for Lexus in general and this car specifically was genuine and contagious. The delivery process of my new vehicle one week later was equally enjoyable. I have always been very well treated by the salespeople and other staff at this Lexus location. Red carpet treatment has made me a loyal customer. More

The reception has a warm and welcome feeling to it - pick a cookie while you wait impatiently, never too long. Talking to Sam didn't feel like talking to a car salesman, it felt like a conversation. He definitely wanted me to buy a car from him, but at no point did it feel like he was pushing me into a half-baked decision. He gave me time to consider and left no aspect of the conversation unattended, even though at times our conversations did go on a tangent. My questions did not tire him. He was enthusiastic as my wife and kids walked in with me to pick up the car. He worked with his managers to get me a deal that worked for me. He made sure my wife had a bouquet and a bow on the car and enough pictures for her social spoilings. In the end it felt like a satisfying experience and Sam made it awesome for us. More

Friendly and professional I traveled about 4 hours to find the vehicle I wanted. I had been to several dealerships and Brookfield just had a different “feel” when I walked in and started my process. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in what they were selling. There vehicles were clean. Some of the dealerships we called ahead of time about specific vehicles and they were filthy. I did not call Brookfield and their vehicles were spotless. They stayed late so I did not have to make another 8 hour round trip to pick my up vehicle. More
